SMS Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern the SMS / text-message program operated by Valley Cleaning Services (“Valley,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By providing your mobile phone number to us in any of the ways described below, you agree to these Terms.

How you opt in
You opt in to receive text messages from us when you:
- Submit your mobile phone number on our booking form, contact form, or quote request at valcs.com;
- Provide your mobile number by phone when scheduling or modifying a cleaning;
- Text us first using the number we publish on our website or marketing materials.
Your consent is not a condition of purchase, but text messages are how we deliver dispatch and arrival updates and how most of our customers prefer to reach us about an in-progress service.
How to opt out
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text from us. After you opt out, we will send one confirmation message and no further service texts. If you opt out and later want to opt back in, simply text us at the number you originally received messages from, or provide your number again the next time you book.

Carrier disclaimer
Wireless carriers (including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, Cricket, Boost, and Virgin Mobile) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Mobile information and privacy
We do not share your mobile information or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We share your mobile number only with the SMS provider we use to send and receive messages on our behalf, and only to the extent necessary to deliver these communications. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to participate in this SMS program. You must be the account holder or have the account holder’s permission for the mobile number you submit.
Changes to these terms
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. The “Effective date” and “Last updated” at the top of the page reflect the most recent revision. Continued participation in the program after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
