Valley Cleaning Services (“Valley,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides residential and commercial cleaning services in Winchester, Stephens City, Berryville, Front Royal, and surrounding areas of Virginia. Marketing performance data (Google Ads, Meta) may be retained according to those platforms’ own retention policies. You may request deletion at any time (see Your rights).

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information against loss, theft, unauthorized access, disclosure, or modification. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Virginia residents (VCDPA)

If you are a Virginia resident, the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act gives you the right to confirm whether we process your data, access it, correct it, delete it, obtain a portable copy, and opt out of targeted advertising or the sale of your data. We do not sell personal data in the traditional sense, and we do not engage in profiling that produces legal effects.

11. California residents (CCPA / CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, request access or deletion, correct inaccurate information, and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell personal information for money. We do use advertising cookies that may be considered “sharing” under the CCPA; you can opt out by following the instructions in Cookies & tracking or by emailing us at sales@valcs.com with the subject line “Do Not Sell or Share My Information.”

We will not discriminate against you for exercising your CCPA rights.
